Questions about plans
Can I add screens without changing plan?
Yes, from Starter upward — Cloud Screens and Queue Units are both available as add-ons. The Free plan does not take add-ons.
What is a Queue Unit?
One queue installation: its services, counters, operators, kiosk and display. Business includes one, Premium includes three, and Starter can add one.
Do I need Premium to use the API?
No. The Public API is on every plan, including Free. Premium and Enterprise raise the limits around it rather than unlocking it.
Is Bahasa Indonesia only on the paid plans?
No. English and Bahasa Indonesia are available on every plan including Free. Language is part of using the product, not something to charge for.
What happens when I reach my storage limit?
New uploads are blocked until you remove files or add storage. Playback that is already running is not stopped, existing player cache stays usable and Last Known Good keeps working.
